I cant eat all kind of Junk Food n sit on My Butt all day long. In last one year I started to learn what is Good and what is Bad for Me and My Body! I love food and even more I love cooking. More than year ago I made some changes in my life and eating habits. I stopped eating Wheat, Animal meat, some of the Dairy products and I stopped drinking Alcohol. After I made these changes in my menu, cooking started to be really interesting and even more fun that it was ever before. Recipes what I share in my blog are Low on Sugar, Calories and Fat. But I really pay attention on what I eat and I always take care that I will consume all the necessary vitamins, minerals and natural fats. This journey have been so interesting and I have learned so much about different food cultures, history about it and what human body really needs to have energy to shine and live a happy life.
